• Physical Therapists (PT/DPT/Physiotherapists)
• Occupational Therapists (OT/OTR)
• Medical Doctors (MD/DO)
• Nurse Practitioners (NP)
• Physician Assistants (PA)
• Midwives (CNM/Certified Midwives)

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in pelvic rehabilitation* some exceptions can be made
• Current professional license in good standing
• Scope of practice that includes pelvic health assessment and treatment

International Applicants: Provider eligibility varies by country due to different licensing requirements and scope of practice regulations. We welcome applications from qualified international clinicians.

Q: How is the program delivered? A: Hybrid format with 10-12 weeks of live virtual classes, study halls, followed by a required hands-on lab (to be completed within 12 months), and final case study submission.

Q: How much time commitment is required? A: Weekly live classes (75-90 min) during the 10-12 week program period, plus one-day weekend lab session and time for case study development. Total program: 25+ continuing education hours approved

Q: Can I complete this certification entirely online? A: No, the in-person lab component is mandatory for certification. We offer multiple lab locations throughout the year to accommodate your schedule.

Q: What do I need to do to become PRFS™ certified? A: Complete the cohort, attend one in-person lab, and submit an approved case study within 12 months of completing the live sessions.

Q: How long do I have to complete the program? A: You must complete the in-person lab within 12 months of finishing your live classes. The case study must be submitted before your lab completion anniversary.

Q: Do I need to recertify? A: Yes, PRFS™ certification requires renewal every 4 years. Requirements include attending 2 Clinical Grand Rounds sessions (offered twice yearly) and completing an advanced recertification course that will be delivered online.

Q: What is the total investment? A: $2,819 for the complete PRFS™ certification program, including all live classes, study halls, in-person lab, digital course materials, and community access.

At this time we do not have any discounts or scholarship options available. We recognize that this course is formatted for a global clinician community and have adjusted the cost to reflect the lowest-amount possible for financial feasibility across currencies. Q: Where are the in-person labs held? A: We offer multiple lab locations throughout the year. Frequent locations include Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA and Los Angeles, CA. We are also extending a lab location in Europe in 2026-2027. 

Q: How do I choose my lab? A: Once you've registered, a code will be sent to your email which allows you to register to the city of your choosing. Please note that labs are first-come-first-serve and spots are limited to ensure high quality learning at each date. Once you've selected your date your spot is reserved. If you need to change your class, you will be charged 50% of the lab fee. No expectations can be made to this. 

Q: What if I can't attend any of the scheduled lab dates? A: We offer multiple lab sessions throughout the year. If you cannot attend within your 12-month window, contact us to discuss options for the following year's schedule if there are extenuating circumstances.

Q: What should I expect at the lab? A: An intensive 8-hour hands-on training where you'll practice advanced manual therapy techniques, assessment skills, and clinical application with expert faculty guidance.

Q: What if I miss a live class? A: Recorded sessions are available for makeup, but live participation is required for optimal learning and interaction with faculty and peers.

Q: How do I access the PRFS™ community? A: Upon enrollment, you'll receive access to our learning platform through google classroom. You will need to have a personal GMAIL account that is not linked to a professional/business email, where you can connect with your cohort, share cases, and continue learning.
