Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to complete the program?
The timeline is flexible, allowing you to complete the program at your own pace within a 18 month period. However, the case study must be submitted no later than one year after finishing the lab course.
Do I need to complete the lab course to still access the course?
Yes, the certification requires the lab course to be completed within 18 months of the competition of the cohort. Several opportunities to take the lab course in different states/regions are provided. If you are unable to commit to a lab date within this period, please note that access to course content will be revoked and you will need to re-take the cohort to be eligible for the certification.
Can you give refunds for the course?
Unfortunately this course is non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no considerations to this policy.
What happens if my payment method fails and I miss a payment?
The payment withdrawals are automatic to the date of the month in which you initiated payment. Once a payment declines you will be immediately notified and given 48 hours to resolve this issue. Please note that the system will automatically revoke your access to the course if payment is not processed. If multiple attempts have been made for you to pay and the next date for withdrawal arrives prior to payment, you will be billed for the entire remaining amount for the course and can no longer utilize the payment plan feature. If it is discovered that payment has been absconded and you still participated in the course, you will not be considered for the speciality certification until payment issues are rectified. You have approximately 60 days to rectify payment issues from course completion date unless you will need to re-take the course. Please note that any outstanding balance will be sent to collections. The Trademark and copyright on this certification are pending and all rights will be reserved if impersonation or fraudulent claim of PRFS is used.

What clients say
I honestly didn't know what to expect from my course with Dr.Yeni, but after spending a day learning from her I was amazed as to how much I can do as an OT to help my patients. I started using the techniques she taught on the Monday after my course and saw a major difference. I cannot wait to keep learning from her.
